All-You-Can-Eat Diet

You can pig out and still lose weight on the sensational new All-You-Can-Eat Diet!
Unlike ordinary weight-loss plans that deprive
you of delicious f foods, force you to restrict portions and,
even worse, exercise like a pea-brained idiot, this regimen developed by a Australian
nutritionist really works.
And your menu will include:
- All-you-care-to-eat, platter-sized helpings of
thick and juicy steaks and chops.
- A garden's delight of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- You even get mouth-watering ice cream - with
cherries on top.
And the eating fun doesn't stopthere.
According to Dr. Debbie Creda, you're also welcome to enjoy delicious ham,
chicken and fish.
And not just skimpy 4-oz. servings - if you want it, you get the whole beast!
"The diet relies on elements taken from both
low-carb and low-fat diets, and that's why you are able to select from so many of the
foods that we all like," says Creda, whose blockbuster new book, Flab-Flushing
Tricks Fat Farms DON'T Want You to Know About is slated for release in the United
States in August.
"Hundreds of my own clients have registered
impressive weight losses of 20 to 225 pounds.
Even better,
they're staying slim. It's easy when the meal plan you use to lose weight is so healthful
and delicious that you don't want to come off of it - ever."
There are restrictions to what you can eat, she
says, but the sky is the limit on how much you can eat - and she does insist that you
"eat fast, a practice that drives air into your stomach, making you feel fuller,
sooner."
In the meat department, you get lean cuts of
beef, pork, chicken and fish. Your selection includes round steaks, bone-in pork chops
with excess fat trimmed away, chicken breasts, and non-fatty fish, such as sole or
haddock.
And "lean cuts" means just that - no
bacon, no fatty dark meat from the chicken, no fatty fish like salmon.
Baking and broiling are mandatory, she adds. That
eliminates the need for you to "add calories"
with lard and cooking oils.
In the vegetable department, anything goes - as
long as the veggies you choose are fresh or fresh-frozen, and never processed. Steam or
heat in water with herb seasonings and a little salt only. Eat only fresh fruits -
including the cherries on your ice cream!
"People say, 'How can I lose weight
while pigging out on ice cream?'" says Creda. "The answer is simple. Even though
I don't restrict your portions of ice cream, I do restrict the time when you can eat it.
"If you're willing to get up at 3 a.m. and set a kitchen timer to 90
seconds, go ahead - pig out. Just remember to stop when the bell goes off.
"That's the rule."
A key component of the diet is preparation, says
the expert.
"No mustard, ketchup, gravy, butter, cream,
or sauce, all of which lard on calories and are the No. 1 reason so many people are so fat," she says.
"Remember: a baked potato with fresh chives is healthful and low-cal. Butter and
gravy turn it into a calorie bomb."
You can turn yummy salads into calorie bombs,
too, she says, by pouring on ready-made, high-fat dressings. Instead, squeeze on lemon
juice to taste. Or blend one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with a teaspoon or two
of apple vinegar.
"You want only enough dressing to moisten
the vegetables," explains Creda. "When you dump on half a bottle, you've got
hundreds and hundreds of unnecessary calories in your bowl."
Cook all vegetables lightly and quickly at the
lowest possible heat, says Creda, to avoid destroying enzymes that help you digest your
food and convert it to energy.
For the diet to work its best for you, she adds,
eat at least half of your vegetables - and all of your fruits - raw.
When it comes to fruits, choose any you like and
eat them to your heart's content. Crisp,
harvest-fresh apples are an excellent choice because it takes 10 to 15 minutes to eat one
- and they're low cal.
Your beverage choices include water or lemon
water, unsweetened green or black tea, black coffee, diet soda, and any fruit juice. Make
sure you get the kind with no sugar added.
